Francis Craik
Frances Craik is an avid gardener, seed saver, forager, and lover of agave spirits! She moved to Arizona from Michigan in 2017 to study her favorite two topics - plants and people - through Arizona State University's Sustainable Food Systems Program. Her time at ASU provided her with an abundance of opportunities to learn about in the local food system and farm in different environments.
Frances brings her experience and passion for farming, seed saving, education, and event planning to Slow Food Phoenix to showcase the incredible diversity of skilled farmers and food creatives present in our region. Frances is committed to increasing awareness of local abundance and reconnecting people to place based lifestyles.
