Mission 

Slow Food Phoenix will aspire to connect, educate, and advocate in the local community while promoting local producers and purveyors who embody Slow Food values; including celebrating the commensality of quality food.

Values

• Good: ensuring delicious foods and in particular promoting foods that are unique to the heritage of our place, including indigenous foods

• Clean: promoting healthy foods for people and our planet

• Fair: promoting food justice, meaning access to good food for everyone, and ensuring the workers and producers in the food system get reasonable wages and safe working environments.
