As a regenerative urban farmer, Rachel is dedicated to providing not only nutrient-dense produce and pasture-run eggs but also seeds, ensuring access to the essentials for sustainable living.

Through regenerative practices, Rachel fosters the growth of diverse, culturally relevant crops, empowering the community to embrace their food heritage.

By sharing knowledge and experience, she inspires individuals to cultivate their own gardens and sustainably nourish themselves, fostering food sovereignty at the grassroots level. At Little Lighthouse Farm, the mission is to cultivate a thriving community where everyone has access to nutritious food and the means to sustainably grow it.
